last week scrap day

Here is the mini book i made from my vacation to DR. It was the project me and my bff were working on last weekend for many hours lol. it was fun but it's been ages since I've done a mini book so it was a challenge to me for sure. and under that is a layout i did because she hadn't finished her mini book yet so i decided to do a layout to kill time. I think everything turned out real cute. I used more stuff that Kelly gave me - she's the best hehe.

First I did these the other day - yes more twilight you know the new movie is coming out soon right!!! Can't wait of course to see how this one turns out i think it will be better than the first one, I hope but again nothing will quite compare to the books ever. My Fabulous friend Kelly sent me some scrap stuff, a whole box full of major goodies and I finally got a chance to work on some stuff today. Hope she's proud of me lol. The first is of my parents they just celebrated their 33rd anniversary of being married. Crazy right, one day I'll make it there ... maybe who knows.

The second is a pic of my family chillin on the bench after it rained while we were on vacation, just relaxing and killing some time together - good times. I had so much fun on vacation there are definitely some memories I won't be forgetting any time soon. If you want to check out my vacation pics they are on my flickr account.

Hopefully I'll get to scrap some more tomorrow because I printed at least eight pictures so I have stuff to scrap for sure and I'm ready to go today was a lot of fun. I used only what she gave me (other than the rhinestones and the flowers cause if you scrap i'm sure you have a crapload of prima flowers from way back when. I need to make one of those ball things to get rid of them you know like a flower pot or something, maybe i'll do that one day. how do you make it again with pins right?)

Thanks for checking out my stuff, more to come for sure and also I'm working on a special project for a swap I'm in where it is a twilight altered book. In other words it's an entire book (more than 100 pages) scrapped and altered and filled with Twilight Saga goodness, can't wait to unveil that one, I'm really happy with a lot of the pages. I'm almost done I just have to wait till I finish before I start to scan cause I just KNOW it's going to take me forever and a day literally to scan all those pages. I'm off it's late and I'm tired and just a tad bit sick, laterz!

I Can Do It!

So i did two pages last night. (Told ya Kelly lol) This was really hard to do, well the first one (Kirk) cause I just wasn't feeling it, but the one of Isabella flowed so smoothly I'm really happy the way it turned out. So not tooo shabby for someone who hasn't scrapped in months or longer LOL. I wish I had all my stuff more organized though cause I couldn't find anything last night. I did print out a couple more pictures so maybe I'll try and do some more tonight (if I get home early). So please let me know what you think.

Blog Jumping

So I've been checking out some of my friends blogs today and I feel 100% inspired to go home and scrap now. I don't remember the last time I did a scrapbook page but since I'm really really low on cash right now I have to cut back on my swaps and just do stuff for me I guess. Even though I haven't been in the mood lately - money troubles really depresses me. Like you wouldn't imagine. Anyway so now I feel like going home and scrapbooking. Mind you I have absolutely NO NEW PRODUCT. Of course I can't go and buy any either cause DUH money issues lol. So I will try and use all my old products this should be fun. Mind you it's about 10 am right now and I'm still at work and I don't know what lies in store for me for the rest of the day so I hope that I'm still feeling like this later on today when I can actually do something about it. My only plan for today was just to go home shower and crawl into bed all depressed like. So instead I will scrap.
